Important Notes When Receiving Orders

The customer is obligated to check the specifications of the ordered item with the delivered item before opening the package, and refrain from accepting it in case of discrepancies.

Note:

 

  • If the customer removes the item from its original packaging without checking it against the order, even if there is a discrepancy, it will not be possible to return it.

 

 

  • At the time of delivery by postal companies, the customer is required to ensure the integrity of the packaging and the appearance of the item in the presence of the postal worker and before signing the delivery receipt, and if there is any issue with the packaging or appearance of the item, the customer should immediately inform the store without accepting the delivery.

 

 

  • In these cases, if the customer signs the postal receipt (as an indication of receiving the item correctly and in good condition) without inspecting its appearance, no objection regarding the appearance of the item will be acceptable, and the store will not be responsible for any subsequent problems.

 

 

  • Once the order is received, the store will no longer be responsible for any issues or visual defects of the item. Therefore, customers are recommended to carefully inspect the appearance of the item before signing the delivery receipt, and if there is even a minor issue, refrain from accepting the delivery and immediately inform the store.

 

 

  • In these cases, the store will immediately exchange the item for the customer and, if it is out of stock, will replace it with a similar model or refund the customer’s money as they prefer. In this case, the customer will not incur any additional costs.
